The Lighthouse of Houston’s Spring Youth Camp is for children and teens who are blind or low vision ages 5-22 , provided they are still in school, and their sighted siblings. We will organize the camp activities by separating participants into appropriate age groups to ensure a fun and engaging experience for everyone. Join us for inclusive games, activities, friendship, laughter and much more!

Drop in any day or join us all week.

  • Camp Dates: March 10th-14th
  • Camp Hours: 9AM to 12PM
  • No-cost to participate

Activities:

  • Monday, March 10th – Houston Museum of Natural Science brings the Science of Texas Wildlife to us.
  • Tuesday, March 11th – STEM day with Code Jumper
  • Wednesday, March 12th – Swim Day
  • Thursday, March 13th – Art Day
  • Friday, March 14th – Beep Baseball – We will use the fields at the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center, 1475 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019. Drop off and pick-up will be at this location.
