As the President of The Lighthouse of Houston, Jenna leads, directs, and oversees the organization to help achieve its mission.

Jenna Dhayer is a committed, passionate leader with more than 27 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. She has dedicated her career to serving underserved communities. Throughout her career, she’s built long lasting relationships with donors, foundations, businesses, government officials, staff, clients, and volunteers and values the depth of each of those relationships.

Jenna is an advocate for volunteering and has served on several boards and volunteered for several organizations to help advance local causes. She is a native Nebraskan, but Texas has been home for over 20 years. She is married to Troy, a local Houstonian and has a daughter, Jozie, and son, Parker. She and her husband travel the Country supporting their daughter, who is a student-athlete (Volleyball) at Trinity University and enjoy watching their son march in his High School band. She enjoys family vacations, outdoors, sports, baking and working out.
