The Visually Impaired People of South East Texas, also known as VIPSET, is a support group for the blind and visually impaired that has been serving the Kingwood/Humble/Porter communities in the northeast area of Houston since 2009. We are open to anybody living with blindness or vision loss. We also encourage family members to join our meetings because what happens in our lives impacts theirs as well.
Meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Our meetings are hybrid, both in-person and on Zoom, so if you are not able to physically attend, you can connect via your phone, tablet, or computer.
