The Lighthouse of Houston hosted the second in a series of health seminars covering Cancer Prevention. Fun and exciting monologues about breast cancer and colorectal cancer were performed by the Theater Outreach Program at Baylor College of Medicine’s Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center, and an informative presentation about cancer prevention was given by Daniel Arellano, ACNP-BC from MD Anderson Cancer Center.
- Daniel Arellano, ACNP-BC is a board certified nurse practitioner and has worked at MD Anderson for the last 5 years. He is also faculty at the The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Cizik School of Nursing where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate students.
