DESCRIPTION:The Visually Impaired People of South East Texas\, also known as VIPSET\, is a support group for the blind and visually impaired that has been serving the Kingwood/Humble/Porter communities in the northeast area of Houston since 2009. We are open to anybody living with blindness or vision loss.
